How to raise a support ticket
To contact our technical support team, please use our online ticketing system. This web-based system enables us to deal with your support requests in an organized, effective manner.
Submitting a new ticket is easy. Simply follow these few steps:
- Go to Helpdesk
- Login or register
- Go to ‘Support/Helpdesk’
- Click on the drop down button next to ‘All Categories’ and select the relevant product category
- Click on ‘Create New’
- Complete the form and click ‘Save’ to submit it
You will receive an automated email when replies are added to your ticket. You can check its status at any time by logging in to our website.
